A: Normally for 1~3 sets, it is 7-12 days, if 5 pcs above, it will be 12~15 days, depends on total qty you purchased. We will send you test video and photos before shipping.

A: Our warrant for whole machine is 1 year without man-made quality problems, while for laser source our warranty is 2 years. If you have any problems beyond warranty we will offer online technical helps and low cost spare parts replacement.
